Project Brief for a Creative Logo Design

The project brief was for a creative logo design to represent and reflect the ironwork and forging nature of David Mangan Designs.Based in the heart of the Irish Lakelands in Mullingar, David Mangan Designs specialise in handmade, custom-made knives and other decorative ironwork art.The design concept for the logo came from the origins of blacksmithing and the old iron cattle branding rods.  Utilising this circular design of a branding iron and taking the M from the namesake 'Mangan' a design was created to reflect a mark the branding rod would leave.  Vintage style brown and beige colours where incorporated to add to the feel of the logo. Creative logo design for David Mangan Designs   Creative logo design for David Mangan Designs
